Question: We are attempting to determine if we can allow our clients to pay their accounting fees via the website. We have been told that we can have live data linked to the site to let them know what their current balance is, and were attempting to find out what we would be able to show on the site to get clients to use to pay their accounts and also how they will need to pay. 1. Thank you for your email
2. You can have live feeds on your website, however you cannot pay using these live feeds
3. You can however, create restricted shopping items for each client but they can only be a created as a fixed item
4. The Shopping Manager does not work with variable transactions and hence this will mean that someone will have to change/update each shopping item when needed.
5. The best way is for you to send invoices via Profile Mail to all of your clients
6. Then using the Reporting Manager you can track who has and who has not viewed the invoice before following up each client
