Question:
What is the difference between Client Access, Extranet Access and Restricted Access?

Answer:

Client Access allows anyone in your database to view the information you have available for viewing once the client has logged in.
This is general information for your clients only.

Restricted Access refers to additional information that will be displayed only if the person logging in has been given specific permission to view it.  This may be a client's quarterly statements or tax returns for the past year.  When the client logs on, they will be able to access this information, but no-one else will be aware it exists.

Extranet Access specifically refers to the Business Intranet area i.e. this area is for you and your staff exclusively as this contains the procedures, checklists etc.. Similar to Restricted Access, this is an 'invitation only' area where you have to select who can view this information when they login.
